I'm hungry just thinking about it

Check out this article in Slate about barbeque. Finally, I found someone who loves barbeque almost as much as myself. Admittedly, one of the things I miss most about Texas is the amazing barbeque joints. Well, I think I may have been inspired to bust out the grill this week.
